Folkrättslig ställning enligt denna förordning tillkommer endast den som tjänstgör i vederbörande befattning .

For the purposes of this Regulation, the status of international law shall be reserved to the person serving in the appropriate post.

I förhållande till 1972 års förordning har gjorts följande justeringar i den föreslagna 7 § .
