What is deleted and retained
Deletion permanently removes your SveLingo account, sign-in identities and device associations, learning progress and session history, review state, streaks and daily completions, saved words, wordbook selections and progress, grammar practice state, and CAT/placement results. All refresh tokens are revoked. This cannot be undone.
Search logs are retained with the account link removed. Search, diagnostic and security logs are kept only as long as described in Privacy Policy §8. Server-side page statistics are kept by Cloudflare for up to three months; we keep only daily totals (Privacy Policy §5).
Delete on the web
Sign in to the SveLingo account you want to delete, then return here to delete it. You do not need to install the app.
Sign in to delete your account
If you cannot sign in, request account and data deletion by email. Contact us from the email address linked to your account so we can verify your request: privacy@svelingo.com
Delete in the app
iOS: Settings → Account & Security → Delete Account.
Android: Profile → Account & security → Delete account.
Sign in to the account you want to delete, follow the path above, and confirm deletion.
